TeamAtom have announced their Fallout-inspired RPG Atom will hit full release next week.

The post-apocalyptic RPG game will leave Steam Early Access on December 19th for Windows PC, as the game will be updated to its 1.0 release.

Unlike its American forebears, Atom is set in what is a post-nuclear holocaust Soviet wasteland – a world where the Soviets and the Western Bloc were destroyed.

Featured above, you can view the launch trailer for the game. While the game has a number of wildly positive reviews from its Early Access release, players can naturally expect new stuff in the 1.0 release, including:

• We added a third global map that was needed to finish the game’s main storyline. It’s a place called the “Dead city” – a forgotten, mutant-ridden metropolis that was destroyed by nuclear warheads. After this place was finished, we loved it so much, we’re currently planning on expanding it in future updates! Hope you’ll enjoy it too!
• We added new NPCs and quests.
• An ability to roam the Wastes in a car of your own!
• New dungeons including an experimental-AI-run secret Bunker.
• New traits available on character creation.
• New cinematic that will show off how you impacted the Wasteland.
