Falcom has launched a curious new countdown website for what appears to be the next The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel game.

While the above screencap of the website shows the message, “The Destination of EREBOS,” the actual hyperlink to the teaser site has the word “sen4,” leading us to believe it’s counting down to the reveal for The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel IV. The game’s subtitle in Japanese is “Sen no Kiseki.”

The 24-hour countdown timer will run out around 3 PM Japan time, on December 20th.

It’s worth mentioning Falcom recently confirmed the next game in The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel timeline would be the last in that storyline – leading us to believe the next game in the franchise has to follow a new story and new characters.
