NCSoft has announced their next “flagship PC MMORPG” during a press event today.
The new PC game, tentatively titled “Project TL,” is actually a new version of the 2011-announced Lineage Eternal, and a true sequel to the original Lineage. Featured above, you can view the new reveal trailer for the MMORPG.
Built within Unreal Engine 4, the new game sports dynamic weather and environments, as well as destructible objects and buildings. That’s about all we have to go on for now, unfortunately.
A release date for Project TL was not announced.

November 7, 2017 at 11:47 pmLooks amazing, but I struggle to call this genre “MMORPG”.
Pending any censorship bullshit, I’ll almost certainly try it since it looks better than PoE and Lost Ark to me – which is a feat.
Also, people calling it a Diablo 3 clone are retarded and Diablo 3 is shit.

November 8, 2017 at 1:21 pmIt’s a shame all these korean mmos are ruined by shiity monetization schemes. Great graphics and character design, gameplay can be fun as well(eg: Vindictus and Black Desert). I think they can make some really good console games if they tried.

November 8, 2017 at 1:52 pmJust what you want, a game tied to an online service, hosted by a company known for shutting down servers of games as soon as their past their prime to save a buck.
Everyone should save themselves the anger a year from now and just assume NCSoft has already shut down the server right from the start.

February 16, 2018 at 12:52 amGW1, GW2 are still up today.
Your argument is flawed.

February 16, 2018 at 12:54 amJust to inform you guys, that NCSoft owns ArenaNet, who built GW2. And it’s been up for 7 years or so.
Be optimistic :)
