Tropico Studio Announces Surviving Mars, a New Sci-fi City Builder

Bulgarian developer Haemimont Games (Tropico franchise) are embarking on a new style of city builder, and with a new publisher as well.

The developer has announced Surviving Mars, a new city-builder set on the Red Planet, via publisher Paradox Interactive. While details are scant, the game is set for a release across PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

Featured above, you can view the game’s announcement trailer. Here’s the game’s key art, as well as its first screenshots:

Here’s a brief rundown on the game:

Welcome Home! The time has come to stake your claim on the Red Planet and build the first functioning human colonies on Mars! All you need are supplies, oxygen, decades of training, experience with sandstorms, and a can-do attitude to discover the purpose of those weird black cubes that appeared out of nowhere. With a bit of sprucing up, this place is going to be awesome!
