• World of Warcraft Vanilla Server Nostalrius Returns December 17

    After being shut down earlier this year, Nostalrius, the fan-made World of Warcraft vanilla server, is reopening with both PvP and PvE servers on December 17th.

    The Elysium Project, a group dedicated to restoring the original World of Warcraft to playable form, took over the Nostalrius server after Blizzard took down the original project’s server.

    While the original owners had talks with Blizzard earlier this year to bring official vanilla servers, it seems as if those talks have lead nowhere.
