Night Dive Studios’ have been running a Kickstarter for a full remake of the original System Shock.

The crowdfunding campaign has already been funded, and it still has roughly two weeks left to raise additional funding. Featured above, you can view the Kickstarter’s pitch video.

“There’s no possible way I could convey how grateful the Nightdive team is to the 14,000+ backers who put their trust in us – we’re having a lot of fun remaking System Shock and we owe it all to you!,” said Nightdive Studios CEO Stephen Kick.

Following this, the crowdfunding campaign is probably going to focus on its stretch goals, like Mac / Linux support, additional languages, new locations, and more.
