Take A Look At The Collector’s Edition For Baldur’s Gate: Dragonspear

If you’re like me and have all the boxes to your D&D computer games lined up on a shelf and ogle them daily, you might want to take a look at the recently revealed Baldur’s Gate: Dragonspear collector’s edition set being sold by Beamdog.

Available only on their site and selling for a rather pricey $129.99 USD, it’ll certainly contribute to your CRPG-cred. Shipping with the requisite cloth map and soundtrack CDs, this package also comes with a spiral-bound manual, a full color background story guide, a collectible coin, a Dragonspear amulet, and a velvet bag holding seven game-themed dice. All of this comes in a box designed to be displayed, complete with a pull-out container that keeps all the collection’s goodies safe and secure.

One thing to note is that buying this doesn’t mean you have to wait for the game to ship in order to play it – thankfully you will be given a download code when Dragonspear releases on March 31st.

A twitch streamis planned for tomorrow at 10am PST, so for those still wanting to see more of it before diving in, you’ll get another chance.
