The artwork, featured above as well as below, was published by Xbox Live watcher @lifelower, so this means it was probably found on the Xbox Live servers or store. There’s a low resolution shot of the game’s potential box art as well:

While Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan isn’t officially confirmed, the previous rating for the game mentioned its releasing for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC.
