Fallout Goes The My Little Pony Route Courtesy Of New Fan-Made Game

While the rest of the world was playing Fallout Shelter, indie developer Overmare Studios was busy creating something even more removed (and perhaps, heretical) from the main Fallout series. Taking assets from various other Fallout titles and combining them into one standalone game, Overmare has crafted a My Little Pony themed post-apoc game that combines the ubiquitous cartoon show and its characters with Bethesda’s beloved RPG franchise.

The results are equal parts impressive and frightening…depending on how you feel about MLP:

For what it’s worth, there seems to be quite a bit of hardwork and dedication that has gone into this fan-made game. Not only has an entirely new plotline been created that exists independent of the Fallout games, but every single NPC has fully voiced dialog. Even the PipBoy is changed, this time to a device amusingly called the “PipBuck”. Say what you will about Brony culture, but they are certainly a talented and dedicated bunch.

Besides the linked youtube video we provided above, there is one on the appropriately titled Cringe Channel with a lively discussion of the game going on.
