While Trine 3: The Artifacts of Power has been available on Steam as an Early Access title since April, the game has been given a solid release date – August 20th.

The Early Access will be taken down in favor of the retail release, and the price will be moving from $19.99/19.99€ to $21.99/21.99€, according to the update on the game’s Steam page. Also promised on the latest post is that the Mac and Linux versions of the game are underway, and they hope to have something to show soon.

The game still features the signature three player couch and online co-op, which is lovely to see these days. And the move into 3D has made this entry all the more enticing for players who enjoyed the first two installments.
