• Playstation 4 Worldwide Sales Top 25.3 Million Units

    Sony Computer Entertainment has confirmed that three million Playstation 4 consoles have been shipped in the first quarter of this year.

    This figure is up from the previous quarter, where Sony managed to ship 2.4 million Playstation 4 consoles. In total, 25.3 million Playstation 4 consoles have been shipped worldwide, since the console’s launch back on November 15th, 2013.


    Sony did make a note in saying that when compared to the same quarter of the previous fiscal year, there has been an increase in Playstation 4 software and peripheral sales, but a decrease in PlayStation 3 hardware and software sales.
