Clocking in at a little over 7 gigabytes in size, the new Witcher 3 patch has finally been made available. Adding new and oft-asked-for features into the game, the full details of this week’s update can be read on the official forum.

So what do you get with the 1.07 patch? The most notable and welcomed additions seem to be the new stash, the alternate movement controls, and the inventory sorting options, all of which greatly improve the game’s usability. There are also the usual performance enhancements and bug fixes as well.

The one wrinkle in the patch is that it is said the console versions seem to be taking a hit to their framerate ever since updating to it. With some Xbox One and PS4 users seeing a considerable dip in performance, you may want to think twice before applying it if you play it on those platforms.
