We’ve learned (via IGN) that yet another Warhammer 40,000 game is in development.

The new game, dubbed Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr, is developed by Games Workshop and Neocore Games (The Adventures of Van Helsing), and it’s reportedly something of a “persistent sandbox” experience, as well as an action RPG.

Featured above, the debut teaser trailer for the game was also revealed.

Players will be able to embark into a single-player campaign that makes you face “a grim and secret war among the stars as the agents of the ever-vigilant Inquisition.”

Following the campaign being finished, the story ocntinues via a “colossal sandbox game,” where the developers ambitiously claim you’ll get “years of constant entertainment,” and a “continuous flow of content that enriches the action-RPG gameplay.”

Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr is in development for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, with a release some time next year.
