This week’s Famitsu (via Hachima Kikou) has revealed an interesting new tidbit regarding Bandai Namco’s upcoming Playstation 4 re-release, Sword Art Online Re: Hollow Fragment.

The interview was conducted with Sword Art Online game series producer Yosuke Futami, who revealed that you’ll be able to customize your own female avatar as well. The original game would only let you edit Kirito as the protagonist.

There’s also a mention of how the game has full online multiplayer now, instead of ad-hoc (as the new version is only coming to Playstation 4). Futami reiterated that if the game does well enough (read about that here), he’ll make a sequel.

Sword Art Online Re: Hollow Fragment is coming to PlayStation 4 as a digital-only release, some time this summer.
