Publisher Bandai Namco has released new videos for developer Shade’s “dramatic x shooting action” game, Cross Ange: Rondo of Angels and Dragons tr. You can watch them all below.
The upcoming title is a video game adaptation—half action game and half visual novel—of the Cross Ange anime and manga series.
Cross Ange: Rondo of Angels and Dragons tr. is due out in Japan on May 28, and will cost 6,640 yen, excluding tax. As a bonus, purchases of the game include eight custom themes for the PS Vita.

The characters Rosalie and Chris narrate this ad, which focuses mostly on the VN-like aspects of the game, but does also give us a glimpse of the action gameplay towards the end.
This commercial is narrated by Angelize Ikaruga Misurugi, the anime’s protagonist (but not the game’s—see below), and the cheerful Vivian. It focuses on the game’s combat and aerial maneuvers.
This trailer has Vivian introduce us to the new protagonist, Naomi, who is a Norma and para-mail pilot from Arzenal. While Naomi is mentioned in the Cross Ange anime, she doesn’t appear in it.
The mecha’s customizations options are also demonstrated. Players will have more than 300 parts with which they can customize para-mail in Cross Ange: Rondo of Angels and Dragons tr.
