• Higurashi When They Cry Has a New Opening Movie for Its PS3 and Vita Port

    Higurashi When They Cry Sui, the “complete” Higurashi experience, has a new opening movie for the PS3 and Vita port of the visual novel. The video, featured above, contains one of the new songs recorded for the game, “SideEffect” by ITO Kanako. Go ahead and click play.

    For the Playstation 3, the physical version will cost 7,980 yen, and the download version 7,000 yen, excluding tax. For the Playstation Vita, a physical copy will cost 6,980 yen, and a download copy 6,000 yen, excluding tax.


    Higurashi When They Cry Sui will be out on March 12, 2015, in Japan. There’s still no word on a localization, unfortunately.
