Lucas Pope, the creator of Papers, Please, has released a playable demo of his new game, Return of the Obra Dinn.

The game is described as a mystery of sorts, where you play an insurance adjuster who must go into the Obra Dinn itself, following its equally strange return to port in London.

The problem? The ship set sail from London six months prior, carrying 200 tons of cargo, but it never reached its destination, and was declared lost at sea. Now it’s returned and its crew have vanished.
