We’ve known that older characters from the Dragon Quest series are making a comeback in Dragon Quest Heroes, and now we’ve gotten a bit more of a tease of just how implemented those characters are.

This week’s issue of Jump magazine has revealed that those very characters are going to be fully voiced in the game:

The confirmed characters so far include:

• Alena (from Dragon Quest IV)
• Kiryl (from Dragon Quest IV)
• Maya Mahabala (from Dragon Quest IV)
• Terry (from Dragon Quest VI and the Dragon Quest Monsters series)

Jump also confirms that Homiron, the crown-wearing Heal Slime, is going to be your sidekick throughout the journey of Dragon Quest Heroes. He’s a bit of a weakling, but he can make up for that with his spells that recuperate your health.

Dragon Quest: Heroes is coming to both Playstation 4 and Playstation 3 in Japan sometime next spring.
