Square Enix has Delayed Their Dive In Streaming Service

Square Enix has delayed their Dive In game streaming platform beyond its October 9th release date.

The new release is TBA, unfortunately, but this is also considering the fact that hands-on impressions from this year’s Tokyo Game Show were somewhat iffy. It’s also worth noting that Dive In is a separate entity from their strange new Shinra Technologies company/cloud gaming platform.

The games that Square Enix had prepped up for their Dive In program are Final Fantasy VII International, Final Fantasy XIII, and Season of Mystery: The Cherry Blossom Murders.

The games that are going to be made available on the platform had prices (for rentals) ranging from 150 yen for Season of Mystery: The Cherry Blossom Murders (for three days access) to 1800 yen to access Final Fantasy XIII for three days.
