Europeans have been able to download a very special action adventure title that had previously never seen release in the west –Â The Mysterious Murasame Castle.
The game is now confirmed for a North American release on the 3DS Virtual Console on August 7th. Despite Murasame Castle seeming like another Zelda clone, it actually has some pretty robust differences – even if you’re just comparing weapons and abilities.
The Mysterious Murasame Castle was originally released for the Famicom Disk System in 1986. It was even used as the inspiration for the Takamaru’s Ninja Castle attraction in Nintendo Land, on Wii U.
