While the colorful and whimsical Hohokum was previously set for a generic “summer” release window, we’ve finally gotten confirmation that it’s finally coming.

Developer Honeyslug has confirmed the title for an August 12th release, simultaneously across Playstation 3, Playstation Vita, and Playstation 4. Featured above, you can watch a brand new trailer for the game – man is the game pretty out there as far as visuals and aesthetics go.

Also confirmed are the pre-order benefits for Hohokum, if you pre-order the game you’ll get an exclusive Hohokum themed DLC pack for Sound Shapes. Lastly, the game is cross-buy supported so if you buy it once, you get it free across the other two platforms.
