The first episode of Pokemon XY: The Strongest Mega Evolution was shown earlier this year. Titled Special I, it had a heavy emphasis on the new Mega Evolution mechanic and it also featured a new protagonist, Alan.

This special was actually part of a series, and the second episode was just recently confirmed in Japan. However, for our North American fans, we have some very exciting news – Cartoon Network is going to broadcast  the special.

In a find by Serebii, we’ve learned that the first episode will be shown on May 31st at 8 AM. The find was later confirmed by Cartoon Network’s own schedule listing.

Are you guys excited? Personally, I’m stuck as we don’t have cable – darn you cable companies and your outrageous rates!
