Dekamori Senran Kagura Won’t be Localized “For a Long Time”

While Dekamori Senran Kagura has been available in Japan for a few weeks now, us Westerners have been patiently waiting to see if XSEED would be localizing the wild cooking game for us in English.

Unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to be in the cards, as pointed out by a response to a fan on the official XSEED Facebook page. XSEED simply stated that there isn’t much to say regarding the game being localized, but the response did indicate that it would take awhile”

“Nothing official yet, but even if it did it wouldn’t be for a long time so I guess it’s a matter of how long you can wait.”

However, don’t let this get your hopes down for the cooking rhythm game – early last month XSEED games said that Senran Kagura Burst sold well enough for them to consider other games in the series.

Additionally, back in December of last year, XSEED teased that they were localizing Senran Kagura: Shinovi Versus, alongside Akiba’s Trip 2 – the latter of which has been officially confirmed for a Western release.
