Good things come to those who wait, and now it seems like yet another combatant in Killer Instinct will be free to play. Double Helix is going to swap out Sabrewulf for Thunder, formerly known as Chief Thunder.

Thunder is the latest character to be rotated into the roster of the free to play version of Killer Instinct, replacing Sabrewulf, who previously replaced Jago. The key thing to factor in with this character rotation is that you don’t get to keep said character if you’re playing the free to play version, think of it as a way to sample all of the roster, only over a longer period of time.

Killer Instinct was a launch title for Xbox One, while these articles have been highlighting the free to play aspect of it, you can also nab the entire roster if you buy the full digital copy.
