The Guided Fate Paradox Limited Edition Unboxing

You should know by now that NIS America does these awesome limited editions with every game they release, and this one is no exception.  The game is already released over here in the states and if you are still on the fence about buying it you should really check out my review for it here.  It’s a fantastic game and the limited edition is pretty cool as well.

The box for this thing is really well made as the entire top of it slides off.  It really reminds me of the days when I used to buy all of those elaborate anime boxsets.

The first thing you will see when you remove the top is this beautiful framed piece of artwork.  It has Noizi Ito’s signature on the back along with a certificate of authenticity.

Then you get the game itself, not really collectible as this is what you buy everywhere, but it’s awesome!

Next you get to these packaged cards which feature profiles of the major characters in the game.  They have really good build quality and the art in this game is awesome so more of it isn’t a bad thing at all, which leads us too…

This great hardbound 36 page artbook featuring art of major and minor characters alike as well as the backgrounds from the game.

Finally, on the very bottom of the box you get to the soundtrack.  The thing is 2 discs and the case itself has inserts featuring more great artwork from the game.  If you read my review you know that the soundtrack was one of my absolute favorite things about the game.  In fact, the first thing I did when I got this limited edition in was open the soundtrack, popping that sucker into my computer, and jamming away to the great tunes.

Unfortunatly the limited edition is seemingly sold out on NIS America’s website but don’t let that deter you from buying the game.  Seriously, it’s one of the biggest surprises of the year.
