Goichi Suda (Killer is Dead), Namco Bandai and Katsuhiro Otomo (Akira) walk into a bar… and make a game! This info comes from this week’s Japanese gaming magazine leaks – which is a common way games are revealed in Japan.

The game is called “Ranko Tsukigime’s Longest Day”, and it’s based off Katsuhiro’s upcoming movie called Short Peace. Going by the leaks, the game is a 2D side scrolling game that is dubbed as a “high-speed effect action game”. It will take place in a modern day Japan setting. The game is slated for the Playstation 3.
