• Yakuza 3, 4, and 5 Remasters Announced for PS4

    Following our previous report that Sega could be remastering the Yakuza games fron PS3 to PS4, the latest Dengeki Playstation (via Ryokutya2089) has revealed Yakuza 3, Yakuza 4, and Yakuza 5 will be remastered for PlayStation 4.


    Yakuza 3 will launch August 9th in Japan, followed by Yakuza 4 later this year, and finally Yakuza 5 sometime early next year. Each game will have all of the same content as the original releases, but will run at 60 frames per second, and at 1080p resolution.

    Development on the Yakuza 3 remaster is 90 percent complete. There’s currently no word on a western release – but we’ll keep you guys posted.
