Indie Japanese Dev Onion Games Confirm Shmup “Black Bird” for PC, Mac, and Switch

Japanese developer Onion Games (Million Onion Hotel, Dandy Dungeon) have announced the release platforms for their next title, Black Bird.

While the shoot ’em up was initially revealed back in 2016, the studio has confirmed its launching this summer for Windows PC, Mac, and the Nintendo Switch.


If you’re in attendance at this year’s BitSummit in Kyoto, the latest version of the game will be available to play. The studio will offer a Demo Download Card for 100 yen, which will let you play the demo back at home.
