Dark Souls Remastered for Switch Delayed to Summer 2018

Bandai Namco has announced a delay for the Nintendo Switch version of Dark Souls Remastered.

The game will forgo its planned May 25th release for one sometime this summer. The accompanying Solaire of Astora amiibo has also been delayed to this summer.


Bandai Namco said of the delay: “The new release timing gives the development team the time needed to make sure Nintendo Switch players can fully appreciate the true Dark Souls experience anytime and anywhere, thanks to the unique portable nature of the Nintendo Switch console.”

The game’s Windows PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One versions are still on track to release on May 25th.
