Koei Tecmo and Omega Force have announced Warriors Orochi 4.

While development platforms weren’t confirmed, Koei Tecmo has already confirmed the game for a worldwide release sometime this year.

This is the first brand new, numbered entry in the franchise since Warriors Orochi 3 in 2011. To clear up confusion – the series is one digit off in the west, just like Dynasty Warriors, because of the second game in the series released in the west as Warriors Orochi 3 (the second non-numbered game was released here as the second game).
