Marvelous has announced (via Hachima) Story of Seasons: The Tale of Two Towns+ for the Nintendo 3DS.

The game is known as Bokujou Monogatari: Futago no Mura+ in Japan, which previously got localized as Harvest Moon: The Tale of Two Towns in the west. Since Marvelous has adopted the new series name “Story of Seasons”, we’re calling it that officially.

New changes in the game include improved controls for better user gameplay, as well as StreetPass support allowing you to send items to other players. In the beginning of the game you can also choose between preferences like “I like fishing” or “I like animals.”

Story of Seasons: The Tale of Two Towns+ is set for a December 14th 2017 launch in Japan.
