Tank Warfare: Tunisia 1943 Announced for PC

Longtime war-game studio Graviteam has announced yet another World War II strategy game, Tank Warfare: Tunisia 1943.

While details are scant, we know the game is set for a PC release sometime next month, via Steam. A set of screenshots were shared with Niche Gamer alongside the game’s announcement, which you can view above and below:

The game will offer two ways to play: via a more relaxed turn-based approach, as well as your standard real-time strategy route. Graviteam are promising the game offers “unparalleled levels of realism” combined with “adaptive soldier behavior and complex vehicle damage.”

The game includes over 50 vehicles manufactured by the Germans, Americans, and the British. You can play as the Allied or the Axis soldiers as you relive the Tunisian Campaign through various historically accurate and ambitious battles.

“Set in North Africa during the Tunisian campaign in World War II, one of World War II’s most intense conflicts and offers real-time and turn-based strategy options, making it perfect for hardcore strategy fans, World War II enthusiasts and history buffs,” said Graviteam CEO Vladimir Zayarniy.

“We dedicated a lot of time, energy and passion into offering a painstaking level of realism and detail in all of our units and battle scenarios, and for the first time are featuring US military battling against Axis forces.”

Tank Warfare: Tunisia 1943 is scheduled to launch in May 2017 on PC via Steam. More details on the game including a trailer will be given later on in the month.
