Square Enix has released the PlayStation 4 version of Star Ocean: Till the End of Time.

The up-scaled version of the PlayStation 2 classic is now available in Japan, via the Japanese PlayStation Store. The emulated game will set you back 3,024 yen. Featured above, you can view a new trailer showcasing the game’s improved visuals.

Despite being an emulated port of the PlayStation 2 original, the PlayStation 4 release offers improved visuals, as well as modern features like trophies, remote play, share features and improved load times.

While a western release isn’t confirmed, Square Enix of Europe did trademark the name “Till the End of Time” recently, alongside English trophies surfacing for the game (via Exophase) earlier this week. We’ll keep you guys posted.
