• Resident Evil 7 Ships 2.5 Million, Series Tops 75 Million

    Capcom announced today that Resident Evil 7 biohazard has shipped 2.5 million copies since it launched earlier this week.

    Because of this, the Resident Evil franchise has officially sold 75 million units since its launch in 1996.


    This figure does not account for unsold physical stock or digital purchases, which is why it may look a bit small compared to Final Fantasy XV’s day one sales.
