Sony has confirmed a bit of unfortunate news – they’re shutting down the PS Vita card game RPG, Destiny of Spirits.

The free-to-play card game RPG was launched worldwide last March, and has accumulated over one million downloads, however this seems to not have been enough to validate the continued support of the game’s servers and maintenance.

On June 30th, the game’s services will be shut down, and you will no longer be able to access the game, or any of the in-game currency you may have purchased. Despite the encroaching demise of the game, Sony will continue to sell in-game currency in the Americas until the final day, and until the end of April in both Europe and Asia.
