At the Taipei Game Show, Square Enix have revealed new content from Final Fantasy XV. An audience member at the event recorded the footage and uploaded it online. You can watch it above.

The panel showed an extended version of the Noctis train car sequence (of which we’ve posted screenshots before), and then took the audience on a tour through the train station via “cat cam”, as the developers controlled a cat around the building. They did this before with a dog in the city of Restalm.

Tabata stated that this environment is being created by Taiwanese developer XPEC Entertainment, one of many studios that are assisting Square Enix on Final Fantasy XV. XPEC came up with the idea for the cat cam after seeing Square Enix show off the dog cam at Jump Festa.

Final Fantasy XV is being developed for Xbox One and Playstation 4. Episode Duscae, a demo for the game, will be available with purchases of Final Fantasy Type-0 HD.

Thanks, Nova Crystallis.
