Deep Silver has confirmed that the Nightmare Edition of Killer is Dead on PC has been delayed further into this month, forgoing its original release on May 9th. Instead, the enhanced port will be coming two weeks later on May 23rd, news that was confirmed on the game’s official Steam page.

The original version launched on both Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 in August of last year, while the new version comes with a whole host of new content. New features include the Nightmare Mode, a new difficulty that really amps up the difficulty by only giving you three options to kill your enemies – headshots, Adrenaline Bursts, and Dodge Bursts. The game is also coming with the Smooth Operator pack, which was only available as a pre-order bonus on the console version.

Killer is Dead: Nightmare Edition will cost $19.99 when it launches on May 23rd.
