Rise of Mana has only been available for a few days in Japan and its producer is already talking about the next game in the Mana series, or as it’s known in Japan, Seiken Densetsu. In a web show hosted by Dengeki, Masaru Oyamada (the producer on Rise of Mana) had the chance to speak about the latest Mana game.

During this show he mentioned the Million Arthur cross over with Rise of Mana, like having Arthur’s legendary Excalibur blade, which will let you unleash special attacks. When asked about the game’s Android release, he said:

“I would like to be able to release it sometime before the summer. I think all of you will be able to play it during the summer break.”

Lastly, Oyamada finished with a hopeful message regarding a true sequel in the Mana series:

“As we approach the 25th anniversary for the Mana series in the next two years, I’d also like to develop Seiken Densetsu 5, and if possible, a retail release.”
