While we’ve known that Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends is coming West, we haven’t heard Tecmo Koei confirm a solid release date – that is until now.

Both versions of Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends will be coming to North America on March 25th. The standalone expansion of Xtreme Legends on Playstation 3 will not come with the original game. In comparison, the Complete Edition of Xtreme Legends that is launching on Playstation 4 and Vita will include all of the content from the original, as well as the new content in Xtreme Legends.

If you’ve played the Playstation 3 version of Dynasty Warriors 8 and are looking to jump to another platform – you’re in luck as your save game can be transferred to the Xtreme Legends version on Vita or Playstation 4. Both versions are also heading to Europe sometime this Spring, although Tecmo Koei has yet to confirm that date.
