Capcom’s ambitious and yet mysterious Playstation 4 exclusive Deep Down has been thoroughly teased and showcased in small bursts over the past several months, although we still have no idea if it’ll make it to a worldwide audience. That is, until now.

Capcom has filed trademarks for Deep Down in both the United States and the European Union, meaning that a localization announcement is probably coming very soon. You can view a screen cap of the United States’ trademark below:
