Namco Bandai is really teasing up their next Tales game, which previously had a teaser site showcasing various games from the series.

Now, the teaser site has been closed and in its place a countdown site has been opened. Eight days from now, on December 12th, at 19:00 Japan time, the next Tales game will be revealed via a live Nico Nico broadcast. The live stream can be viewed later from here.

The Tales series began with Tales of Phantasia for the Super Famicom, way back in 1995. Tales of Phantasia was finally localized later for the gameboy, but it had an unofficial translaton from de-jap years prior.

Considering the 20th anniversary isn’t until 2015, this title will probably be set for release sometime in 2015. The real question is – are any of those trademarks an indication of what to expect?
