• First Gameplay of Final Fantasy XIV on PS4

    Square Enix has finally given us a look at Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn, running on the Playstation 4 console.

    This new footage is straight from the Playstation Awards, which were held in Japan this morning. Even though the video is short, game producer and director Naoki Yoshida goes over the game itself, playing it on the Dualshock 4, keyboard and mouse, and of course, Vita remote play.

    Naoki Yoshida will also be showing off more of the Playstation 4 version in an upcoming Letter from the Producer, live on Saturday, December 14th at 4 AM PST, 7 AM EST. You can view that here.

    Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn is set for a release in April of next year. The beta for the game is set to begin on February 22nd, when the Playstation 4 launches in Japan.
